Description
Payment was made, but the product was not successfully downloaded.
Once your payment is received through the PayPal site, the product is ready for immediate download. There are no more steps,
like waiting for email confirmation.
At the end of the PayPal payment process, the [CLICK TO DOWNLOAD FILE] link is displayed, which lets you download immediately.
In the event that you close the PayPal page without first clicking on the download link, you are left without the ability
of receiving your product.
Although rare, technical issues might prevent immediate download of your purchase.
Should you experience any download issue after payment, send a priority message to customer support using the submit form
on the
contact page,
so that you can promptly receive your product.
Alternatively,
send an email
to customer support directly.
For verification, include the TRANSACTION ID from your purchase in your message.
Notes
Company policy is to respond to service requests within 1 business day, with download issues being given the highest priority.
Most download failures are resolved the same day, often within hours.
